​Terms for Potential Reviews and Integrations (Please read Carefully)

1. Payment Terms
All pricing is non-negotiable. By selecting your preferred package, you agree to the total cost as outlined. Payment is accepted via PayPal only.
1.1 - 50% payment is due upon agreement and prior to production.
1.2 - The remaining 50% is due within three days after the video has been published.
2. Creative Control & Scheduling
2.1 - One draft review is included in the price. Additional drafts can be purchased for $200 per draft. Drafts are provided to ensure accuracy in product details and messaging-not to alter the outcome or opinions expressed in the review.
2.2 - While I'll do my best to meet your preferred release date, my production schedule may require some flexibility. If your selected date isn't available, I'll propose an alternative.
3. Product Shipping & Content Creation
To ensure authentic and high-quality content:
3.1 - Integration Spot Sponsors must ship the product to me. I will film and create all media (photos, video clips, etc.) necessary for the sponsored segment. Please include any specific messaging or key points you'd like featured in the Integration.
3.2 - I will provide a temporary shipping address upon agreement, as I live and work from a mobile setup.
4. Full Product Reviews
For sponsors seeking more comprehensive coverage, I offer full product reviews-in-depth, hands-on videos that explore your product's design, specifications, and real-world performance.
4.1 - Each review will highlight the product's key features and selling points, including those provided by the client, when appropriate. However, the video will be delivered entirely in my own words and style, based on my personal use of the product in real outdoor conditions. Every review will include a dedicated Pros and Cons section, reflecting my fair and honest opinion.
I never go out of my way to disparage a manufacturer or product. My opinions are honest, thoughtful, and based on real-world testing, with the goal of giving my audience the most accurate and useful information possible. While I will not hide or ignore obvious defects or issues, I will also not sensationalize them. The aim is always to provide balanced, credible content that respects both the viewer and the brand.
4.2 – I require a minimum of two weeks from the time I receive the product for real-world testing. At the end of this testing period, I will provide a detailed video outline covering all planned talking points. Once the outline is approved, I will require an additional one week for final filming and editing before submitting the video draft for review. Drafts are provided so the client may review for factual accuracy only. Feedback intended to alter or influence my personal opinions or conclusions will not be considered.
4.3 - If a product sent for review turns out to be an out-of-box failure or is defective in any way, the client may request to replace it with a new unit. In such cases, there will be a $500 retesting and rescheduling fee. The product cannot be substituted with a different item from the manufacturer under the original agreement.
5. Agreements & Conflicts
Clients may provide their own formal agreement or contract for signature. However, any such agreement must not conflict with the terms outlined here. In the case of a conflict, these terms will take precedence, unless explicitly renegotiated and agreed upon in writing.
6. Content Ownership & Usage Rights
All content created as part of this sponsorship- including video footage, photography, and related media-remains the sole property of Jason Darrah. Sponsors are granted full rights to use the content in any way they see fit, including for marketing and promotional purposes, as long as it is not used to disparage or misrepresent me or my brand.
7. Content Availability
Sponsored content will remain publicly available on my YouTube channel for a minimum of 12 months from the date of publication. After this period, I reserve the right to modify, unlist, or remove the content at my discretion. However, it is my general practice to maintain published content indefinitely unless extenuating circumstances arise.
8. Disclaimer
While I aim to produce compelling content that connects with my audience, I cannot guarantee specific viewership or viral performance. Video reach is influenced by several factors, including algorithm behavior, timing, and audience interest. What I can guarantee is a professional, high-quality integration that showcases your brand to an engaged, outdoors-focused community.
Please note that my content is created in real outdoor environments, often in remote or unpredictable locations. As such, weather conditions, illness, or injury may occasionally result in production delays. Sponsors acknowledge and accept these potential delays as an inherent aspect of working with outdoor-based content. Such delays do not release the sponsor from any financial obligations outlined in this agreement, nor do they permit reductions, withholdings, or refunds of payments already made.
However, in the event that a medical condition or injury permanently prevents me from completing the project, I will refund any payments received in full, and the agreement will be considered null and void.
